The Understanding Quality Standards in Primary Care Program

Did you know? Family physicians can now register for the Understanding Quality Standards in Primary Care program. This one-credit-per-hour Self-Learning program has been certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the Ontario Chapter for up to 48.75 credits. Registration is open year-round.

Upon registering, participants will receive a registration package outlining which quality standards are eligible for the program, the Mainpro+® credit value of each quality standard, and self-reflection questions to complete after reading the quality standard and supporting materials. Family physicians may choose which quality standards they review, read as many or as few as they choose, and complete the readings at their own pace.
