Ross Baker Ross is a professor and the Director of the MSc in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety at the University of Toronto and co-Principal Investigator of the Improving & Driving Excellence Across Sectors (IDEAS) program. Ross leads a team of researchers who are researching international patient engagement strategies and engaging patients in service design and planning in a project funded by the Canadian Foundation for Healthcare Improvement. Ross is a board member of the Saskatchewan Health Quality Council and served on the King’s Fund Commission on Leadership and Management in the National Health Service (NHS).
